Principles of the AT&A of the CISS are strict statements that guide each step of the project
We aim to offer the latest information and current knowledge in all the diverse specialization issues addressed by the Conference. We encourage the expert personnel of the CISS and the technical teams they work with to generate innovation processes adjusted to the specific realities of the institutions and countries were the AT&A is being implemented.
AT&A projects implemented by the CISS meet the highest quality standards, focusing on involved agents and verifying each of the activities and stages of the project. This demands identifying, selecting and evaluating made by people with a vast expertise at the highest professional level, and the execution of technical processes, sustained by successful experiences in public policy.
The AT&A and the CISS both develop their projects and processes considering all population groups, nevertheless, they are particularly emphatic about the incorporating historically excluded groups into social security systems; namely, children, disabled people, students, the elderly, migrants, labourers, the homeless, homemakers, housekeepers, and others.
The proposals and solutions we offer are viable and concrete, in accordance to the challenges and specific problems of each context, and based on available and potentially available resources. The final results of the AT&A projects should be useful for the decision-making people that have to design, implement and evaluate public policy.
