The AT&A offered by the CISS to their members aims to strengthen the capacity of institutions to contribute to universalization of coverage and the quality of social security systems.

In the methodological and conceptual fields, the AT&A of the CISS works to guide institutional management towards a strategic, normative and conceptual design that focuses in human rights and people’s welfare; to consolidate sustainability, transparency and accountability of the social security systems; to train highly qualified and professionalized  personnel and technical teams; to develop processes and knowledge management systems, as follow up systems, systematization of reliable, useful and relevant indicators and information; to strengthen capabilities to influence each level of the design process, execution and evaluation of public policy regarding welfare, protection and social security.
