The AT&A of the CISS is based on the existence of equal and inalienable rights, supported by Article 22 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The AT&A provides integral solutions, sensitive to the diverse social identities and in a manner that avoids discriminatory processes to take place, since they impose barriers to right access.
The AT&A considers the respect to gender identities and equity between men and women, in addition to its aim to make visible, prevent, and erase violence against any of them.
The CISS recognizes social, cultural and identity diversity, thus the AT&A presents flexible, creative and culturally adequate proposals.
The design, development and evaluation of the AT&A contemplates actions that promote equity, justice and welfare of the different age groups.
